Yo us all and ask about a car they yes it’s in stock. You apply on line and then one person calls and said your denied then another person calls you and says when would you like to come in. !! Then they don’t call you back. Very frustrating

Just purchased Qx60 2022 from sale person Aleks I'm very pleased with my purchase very friendly and professional service.
We had a pleasant experience with this dealership and especially with Michael Delacruz, he was courteous and ready to give us info on the vehicle we wanted, but not pushy. We saw and tried the car on a Saturday, came back on Monday to have a mechanic take a quick look at it, and drove it home on Tuesday. Doesn't get quicker than that. We highly recommend doing business with this dealership for car purchases.

Went in for service to replace a battery and to perform a routine inspection that took several days. Reason I gave Harte INFINITI only three stars is because they don’t offer their customers loaner cars! My father who went in for service is a disabled veteran and needs his car. I had to drive him to and from both times. This is unacceptable for a luxury car dealer to not offer their customers a loaner car if the car stays overnight. I had a highly disappointing experience at George Harte INFINITI. I brought in my 2015 INFINITI QX50 due to an airbag warning light. The dealership followed a diagnostic protocol that led to me being charged several thousand dollars for parts and repairs that ultimately didn’t fix the issue. Despite these charges, my airbag light remained on. When I requested a refund for the parts that did not resolve the problem, they refused.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Harte Nissan regarding an insurance claim repair for my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder SL after extensive rodent damage to the vehicle’s wiring harnesses. Despite my expectations of expertise and transparency, I encountered misdiagnoses, delays, excessive charges, and a lack of communication.
