We had a pleasant experience with this dealership and especially with Michael Delacruz, he was courteous and ready to give us info on the vehicle we wanted, but not pushy. We saw and tried the car on a Saturday, came back on Monday to have a mechanic take a quick look at it, and drove it home on Tuesday. Doesn't get quicker than that. The one issue is the loaners and the availability to loaners when customer is in need of a car. Other than that nothing to reps or techs and they do a great job to customer service and thank you.
